Felix is a sales- and sales-management professional turned luxury real estate advisor, known for professionalism, discretion, and results. His career began with the automotive manufacturer and global player Mercedes-Benz (The Manufacturer), where he, after earning a degree in Automotive Sales Management transitioned from engineering into sales, quickly advancing through Sales Management, Upper Sales Management, and Executive Sales Management overseeing teams across Europe and driving excellence in performance, negotiation, and leadership development.

After years in executive leadership, Felix founded a company in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, providing VIP-Service including Executive Protection Detail for high- and highest profile clients—international business leaders, Economy leaders, A-list celebrities, and senior government officials. He sold the company in 2015 and relocated to Canada for retirement, where he discovered a new professional calling in real estate.

Felix also holds a Canadian Immigration Law diploma (non-practicing) and uses that expertise to connect clients with vetted legal and financial professionals when needed.
